  • Institution Data (Trupper): If you register an institution on Trupper, we collect institution details such as name, type, address, and administrative contacts.
  • Learning Content: Courses, exams, questions, grades, and other educational materials you create or interact with on our platforms.
  • Communications: When you contact us for support or provide feedback, we collect the content of your messages and any contact information you provide.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card or bank account numbers.

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on our Services, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.

  • Within Your Institution (Trupper): If you are part of an institution on Trupper, your profile information, enrollment status, grades, and course activity may be visible to administrators, instructors, and other authorized members of that institution as required for the platform to function.
  • Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Services (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amidarh, our users, or others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Institution Data (Trupper): Educational records associated with an institution may be retained as directed by the institution administrator in accordance with applicable educational record-keeping requirements.

In such cases, Amidarh processes student data as a service provider on behalf of the institution.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws.
